Hingham High Varsity Girls Tennis Lost 2-3 to Longmeadow on June 11 in the D2 semifinals

In first singles Sara Tiru of Longmeadow defeated Sam Ruddick 6-4, 6-2

In second singles, Bailey Downes of Longmeadow defeated Sanya Khadivi 6-2, 6-1

In third singles Hannah Mello of Hingham defeated Kelci Taleti 5-7, 6-1 and 10-8 in match tiebreaker

In first doubles Ellen Kennedy and Nora McMahon of Longmeadow defeated Gabi Magner and Sammy Price 6-2, 7-5

In second doubles Cassie McCabe and Maddie Cusack of Hingham defeated Maia Oh and Anaya Mohani 7-5, 6-3

 

Hingham finishes the year with an overall record of 20-2 including the regular season.

Hingham defeated Amherst Pelham 5-0 in a D2 quarterfinal at Hingham High on June 8

In first singles Sam Ruddick defeated Emma Learned- Miller 6-2, 6-1

In second singles Sanya Khadivi defeated Mahima Ganeson 6-4, 6-3

In third singles Hannah Mello defeated Aliya Osman 6-1, 6-1

In first doubles Sammy Price and Gabi Magner defeated Janaki Ewoton and Cynthia Tian 6-0, 6-1

In second doubles Cassie McCabe and Maddie Cusack defeated Marin Carlyon and Aliya Mazirova  6-0, 6-0

Hingham is now 20-1 overall including the regular season and will advance to play Longmeadow in the D2 semifinals

In first singles, Sam Ruddick defeated Bridget Julien 6-2, 6-4

In second singles, Sanya Khadivi defeated Maeve Hegarty 6-1, 6-1

In third singles, Hannah Mello defeated Katelyn Marjani 6-3, 6-4

In first doubles Sammy Price and Gabi Magner defeated Grace Hurley and Rachel Lee 6-0, 6-4

In second doubles Mia Sacco and Maddie Cusack defeated Nora Liaso and Sophie Lang 6-0, 6-0

 

Hingham is now 19-1 including regular season matches.
