The Silver Lake boys soccer team improved to 2-0 on the season (2-0 in
the Patriot League) with a 2-1 win over Pembroke on Monday afternoon.
Michael Chun opened the scoring at the 36-minute mark, and struck
again a minute later, with an assist to Brett Ghelfi. Goalkeeper JJ
Devine made several big saves down the stretch to protect the lead for
the Lakers. Silver Lake plays host to Plymouth North on Wednesday
afternoon.
