whitman hanson girls' soccer

The Whitman Hanson girls' soccer team improved to 13-0 with a 6-0 shutout of Hanover. Taylor Kofton put the Panthers up 1-0 early in the first half when she took a Rachel Kelly pass and put it in the upper left corner of the net. The score remained 1-0 at the half. Whitman Hanson erupted for 5 second half goals by 5 different players. Sammi Smith, Olivia Johnson, and Olivia Reed all picked up their first varsity goals while Taylor Robertson and Lauren Bonavita accounted for the other two goals. Kelsey Gilbert, Maddie Shea, Elana Wood, and Kat O'Kane helped goalkeeper Skylar Kuzmich record her 10th shutout on the season. Jill Shangold and Jill O'Leary turned in solid performances for the Panthers.
