Re: Hanover 2 Plymouth South 0

Gabriel Knudsen struck out 16 batters he led The Hanover Hawks past Plymouth South 2-0 on Monday. Knudsen (104 pitches) surrendered two hits and zero runs over seven innings while walking one. Max Aikins, Owen Kennedy, and Joseph DaCosta at the bottom of Hanover's lineup combined for four of the team's six hits in their victory.
A single by DaCosta on a full count put Hanover on the board in the top of the sixth. Lucas Bartlett took the loss for Plymouth South. Number eight hitter, DaCosta, showed the depth of the Hawks's lineup, by leading them with three hits in three at bats. Sam Light and DaCosta each drove in one run for Hanover Varsity Hawks. Hanover  didn't commit a single error in the field.
